IndieCork Festival- Life’s A Pitch and Then You Cry!

We are really excited to announce that as part of this year’s IndieCork Festival we have teamed up with Screen Training Ireland on a pitching workshop by David Keating. We are looking for participants for a one day workshop to explore effective and persuasive ways to present and pitch film projects. The workshop will take place in the Firkin Crane on Friday 2nd October 10-5pm, and tickets cost €20 each.

Writer/Director David Keating will give a detailed, interactive workshop on pitching, exploring questions such as.. What are effective ways to talk about the films we passionately want to make? What kind of language can we use? What are the most important elements to a strong pitch? How long should it be?

This course is aimed at writers, directors and producers who wish to examine and enhance their pitching skills. Please apply online. The deadline for applications is Thursday 24th September.
