Ballydehob, West Cork

Ballydehob is one of the prettiest West Cork villages along the coast, with traditional multi-coloured shops and houses lining the Main St. It has been popular with incomers for many years and so many craft shops, antique shops, galleries & cafes are located here. It also has fine views out over Roaring Water Bay from the traditional little stone harbour. There are two attractive stone bridges and a great example of a railway Viaduct here. However, as the main road goes straight through the village it could be difficult to film in the centre due to the large volumes of traffic. Having said that, it has many other things to offer away from the main road so is definitely worth exploring.
