Converted Mill, Bachelors Quay, Cork

Set in a quiet bend in the River, this is a very photogenic property ideal as a backdrop for many things. This old Mill is typical of the Industrial Era when Cork was a major importer & exporter for the British Empire and has been tastefully renovated into student accommodation, but in a way that its exterior still looks authentic. Although in the centre of the City, this area has not seen major redevelopment in the form of new buildings and so holds a real old World charm and peacefulness which is ideal for period or modern day scenes.
