Coulagh Bay, Beara Peninsula
Coulagh Bay is a spectacularly beautiful stretch of headland on the Northern side of the Beara Peninsula which looks across to the highest mountains in Ireland on the opposing Iveragh Peninsula in Kerry. The road clings to the hillsides along the South-western end between Allihies & Eyeries villages and offers unrivaled views of the rugged countryside & ocean. Small, unspoilt traditional farms and ancient fields dot the landscape, making it ideal for traveling shots, landscapes or dramatic rural scenes.
